On June 22, 2020, volunteers from the LRCC's board of directors and marketing task force made a presentation to the Noble County Commissioners. The purpose of the presentation was to provide an overview of the center's mission and gymnasium project, seek input and help build advocacy in the community.
A series of slides were reviewed with members of the Commission. Since the presentation was part of the agenda of a public meeting, a reporter from KPC Media was taking notes and a couple of days later published an article. Read the article...
